The 29th annual Best In The West Nugget Rib Cook-Off is a six day Sparks, Nevada, Victorian Square event featuring 22 of the country’s top rib cookers, a huge arts and crafts show, free live entertainment and more! The event is free to attend with ticket sales available to the Rib Village and ribs available for purchase at each cooker. One of the largest festivals of its kind anywhere, the Rib Cook-Off was named Best BBQ Festival In The Nation in a 2016 USA Today reader’s poll.
