Joy & Madness will be making your mama funky at the 13th Annual El Dorado Hills Art, Beer & Wine Fesitval (formerly Art & Wine Affaire) Saturday and Sunday, May 7th & 8th, 2016 at the El Dorado Hills Town Center.

We’ll be rocking you from 2:30pm to 4:30pm on Sunday. As with every year the event will feature the 80+ best artists from both near and far, displaying their fine-art along the thoroughfare on Town Center Boulevard.
